DAY 2, Friday - Arrive in Dublin
Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Most flights arrive in the early morning and your room may not be ready for you. In this case, leave your luggage with the concierge and your Tour Manager will provide suggestions for you to begin to explore the city on your own. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 5 PM, followed by dinner

DAY 3, Saturday - Dublin City Tour
This morning's sightseeing begins with a panoramic tour of Dublin. Next, visit St. Patrick's Cathedral, the national cathedral of the Church of Ireland. Jonathan Swift author of Gulliver's Travels, who served as the dean of the cathedral in the 1700s, is buried here. View St. Stephen's Green, Phoenix Park, and Trinity College. The remainder of the day is at leisure or join the optional Dinner at Taylors Three Rock. Spend an evening filled with traditional Irish song & dance, accompanied by delectable Irish food

DAY 4, Sunday - Kilkenny en route to Waterford
Depart Dublin for Waterford, traveling through the scenic landscapes of County Wicklow and passing the picturesque Blessington Lakes. Along the way, stop in Kilkenny located on the banks of the River Nore. Take an orientation tour, then enjoy free time for lunch and independent exploration. In the afternoon, head to Waterford, a place that trace its origins to the Vikings. Upon arrival, stop at the world-famous Waterford Crystal showroom* for a factory tour and to see the collection of exquisite glassware in its city of origin. Following the tour, check into your hotel with time to settle in before dinner

DAY 5, Monday - Blarney Castle en route to Killarney
Today, drive through the scenic south of Ireland into enchanting County Cork for a visit to the storied 15th century Blarney Castle, where you'll have an opportunity to kiss the legendary Blarney Stone, said to bestow the "gift of gab." Free time for shopping for traditional Irish crafts at the Blarney Woollen Mills before driving to Killarney in County Kerry, with its soaring mountain ranges, beautiful valleys, crystal lakes, and spectacular rugged coastline along the Atlantic Ocean. This evening, dinner is at the hotel. Tonight, experience the optional Gaelic Roots Live Show*, an exciting Irish show which brings together all that is great about the culture and traditions of Ireland

DAY 6, Tuesday - Ring of Kerry Tour
Today's sightseeing begins with a tour through Killarney National Park and the world-famous "Ring of Kerry," perhaps the most picturesque locale in all of Ireland. Pass by the remote villages of Cahirciveen and Sneem, which are full of traditional colorful houses. Return to Killarney in the late afternoon. Perhaps, try the optional Jaunting Car* (pony & open carriage) excursion through the peaceful green countryside

DAY 7, Wednesday - Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Cliffs of Moher, Galway City Tour
Travel north through the picturesque village of Adare, with its pastel-hued storefronts and thatched roof houses, known as the "prettiest village" in Ireland. Visit Bunratty Castle, the most complete and authentic medieval fortress in Ireland restored to its former splendor with original furnishings, tapestries, and works of art. On to the delightful Folk Park, dedicated to life in Ireland during the 19th century. Experience the sights and sounds of this enchanting place as you stroll around the village street complete with a school, post office, doctor's house, hardware shop, and McNamara's pub. Later, view some of Ireland's most spectacular scenery as you drive to the mighty Cliffs of Moher, a wall of rock that rises some 700 feet above the ocean. Continue north through the desolate limestone plateau, known as the Burren to lively Galway. Take a tour of the colorful town, including a stop at the grand Galway Cathedral on the banks of the River Corrib. This evening, dinner is at your hotel

DAY 8, Thursday - Connemara Excursion
Today, enjoy a full day excursion into the Irish countryside. Travel west for a visit to Kylemore Abbey in the heart of Connemara National Park. There, admire the lakes, mountains, and calm shades of green for which Ireland is renowned

DAY 9, Friday - Return to Dublin
Begin the day with a relaxed morning in Galway, where you might shop for souvenirs or, take a stroll around Eyre Square. Then, drive back to Dublin. Tonight, during dinner at your hotel, bid farewell to your Tour Manager
